ZamanProp provides public information about Dubai buildings — service charges, transaction history, and building facts — sourced from official government records. The platform is free to browse, requires no account, and may be used only for lawful purposes.

2. No Advice; No Listings

Information on this platform is historical market data, not a property valuation, appraisal, investment advice, or a live listing service. Prices vary by floor, view, fit-out, and market conditions. Always verify with a RERA-licensed professional before making any financial decision.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Providing false or misleading information in building requests or issue reports.
  • Automated access, scraping, or reverse-engineering the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZamanProp is provided "as is". Data is cleaned to exclude outliers and erroneous entries, so figures shown may differ from raw government records. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ZamanProp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the platform. E&OE.

5. Data Sources & Restrictions

Building market data displayed on this platform is sourced from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) under the Dubai Open Data Licence. By using this platform you agree to the following restrictions on that data:

  • You must not redistribute or resell original DLD transaction records obtained through this platform.
  • You must not present DLD data in a misleading or deceptive manner.
  • You must not use DLD data or ZamanProp's building statistics in any marketing material that implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, the Dubai Government or any Dubai Government entity.
  • Any building data you share must include attribution to the Dubai Land Department as the source.

6. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We may update these terms — continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
