About ZamanProp
ZamanProp exists to make Dubai real estate data as transparent and easy to check as the transactions themselves already are on the public record. We built a free, public data page for every major building in Dubai — service charges, price history, rental ranges, and the facts that used to take a phone call or a broker relationship to track down.
Our Mission
Buyers, tenants, and investors researching a building in Dubai deserve real numbers, not guesswork — and the RERA-licensed agents who work with them deserve a reason to have a credible public presence built on that same data, instead of competing purely on who shouts loudest on social media. ZamanProp sits between those two needs: a public, SEO-indexed "building passport" that answers the questions people actually search for, and — for the agents who claim a building — a way to be found by the people asking them.
What We're Building
Building Passport
A free, public data page for every major Dubai building — service charges, DLD transaction history, Ejari rental ranges, cooling provider, and amenities, all sourced from official Dubai government open data and kept current with automated weekly imports.
Co-Broke Deal Ledger
When two RERA-licensed agents split a commission on a deal, ZamanProp tracks it through a defined status flow — offer, contract, NOC, completion — with identity verification and an audit trail, replacing WhatsApp screenshots and trust.
Where Our Data Comes From
Every figure on ZamanProp traces back to an official source: transaction history and service charges from the Dubai Land Department's open data portal, rental ranges from Ejari, and building facts corroborated where possible against Mollak records. We import this data on an automated weekly schedule and clean it to exclude outliers and erroneous entries, so what you see reflects the real market — not a single unusual sale.
ZamanProp is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, and are not endorsed by, the Dubai Government, the Dubai Land Department, or any Dubai Government entity.
Who It's For
Today, ZamanProp is a free, public research tool — open to anyone browsing Dubai buildings, no account required. We're also preparing to open the platform to RERA-licensed agents, who'll be able to claim a building and appear as a contactable, verified point of contact for the buyers and investors researching it.
