1. Who We Are

ZamanProp is a Dubai building-data platform. For data inquiries contact privacy@zamanprop.com.

2. What We Collect

• Aggregate usage analytics: anonymised page-visit and performance metrics. These do not identify you personally.
• Building requests: if you ask us to add a building, we collect the building details you provide and — only if you choose to share it — your email address, so we can notify you when the building is published.
• Issue reports: if you report a problem, we collect your description, an optional screenshot, and your email address so we can follow up.

Browsing the site requires no account and no personal information.

3. Why We Collect It

• To understand which buildings and pages visitors find useful (legitimate interest).
• To respond to your building requests and issue reports (consent — you initiate the contact).

4. Data Retention & Sharing

Emails submitted with building requests or issue reports are kept only as long as needed to action the request and are then deleted. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties, except for the infrastructure providers that host the platform (Microsoft Azure, UAE North region; Vercel), each bound by applicable data protection law.

5. Your Rights (PDPL Article 7)

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data you have submitted by emailing privacy@zamanprop.com.
